In 2017, ExtraTerrestrial Culture Day (enacted by the New Mexico State Legislature in 2003) beautifully coincides with Valentine's Day. On this Day send your love into outer space and celebrate the the best of humanity that is accepting and respectful of all beings and their traditions and creative expressions, whether we understand them or not.
