
Sherri Brueggemann
Sherri Brueggemann is the City of Albuquerque Public Art Urban Enhancement Program Manager. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of New Mexico with an emphasis in cultural policy. She has served on numerous arts and cultural organizations’ boards including the Americans for the Arts Public Art Network, the New Mexico Route 66 Association, the New Mexico Winemakers Association and the 516 ARTS Advisory Board. Sherri has been a “Professor of Practice” at the UNM College of Fine Arts, Arts Management Program for the past 8 years leading experimental student projects such as the recent call for Public Art for a Test City. In late 2014, the United States Department of Arts and Culture granted Sherri temporary “Black-Ops” Cultural Agent status prior to launching the InterGalactic Cultural Relations Institute. Sherri believes that Earth is the Art Planet and that creativity is the sum of our existence.
