On October 23, 2015, fifteen individuals gathered physically to officially launch the InterGalactic Cultural Relations Institute at the Anderson Abruzzo Albuquerque International Balloon Museum. Another 25+ individuals provided moral support from afar. The individuals listed below, investigated the four guiding principles of the IGCRI and concluded that the formation of the institute was a worthy, yet somewhat unrealistic endeavor. The challenge of impossibility, however, is what pushed the organization onward for a few years doing some events and art projects.
